This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Ask Keela Plus.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your Ask Keela Plus subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
How to cancel
If your purchase receipt includes a Stripe customer portal or subscription management link, use that link to cancel. You may also contact Ask Keela through the contact method listed on the website or your purchase receipt for help canceling.
Refunds
Because Ask Keela Plus provides digital planning access, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. If there is a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we will review it.
Renewals
Ask Keela Plus renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Travel bookings
Ask Keela does not control cancellation policies for airlines, hotels, restaurants, tours, or third-party booking providers. Any third-party travel booking is subject to that provider’s own terms.
